No connection to GAIN

Hello

since yesterday I can no more connect to GAIN. I haven't
changed anything.

I use NT 6.5.1000.8 and GAIN demo account.

I get an error message (picture attached).

Same for me for almost 8 hours!!!
No Gain feed at all.
I get the exact same error message as Pipmaker.

I tested the Gain connection on my end and received the same error. I am able to connect to other connections in the software. This indicates the issue most likely is on Gain's end.

I have sent an email to Gain Capital for clarification. Once I receive a response back, I will send you a note with the outcome.

Sad thing is I only use it for historical data. So i connect to Gain to get my charts up to date, then I connect to MB Trading for the real-time quotes. Wish MB Trading had historical data for Ninja.

I just got in touch with GAIN and they are aware of the situation and are currently working on it.

The Gain demo connection should be working again. However, it seems it works from US locations only thus far. We were not able to establish the connection from an European location.

Can not access it from the US either. I'm in IL

Not for me on the U.S. west coast.

All night I've periodically closed and restarted Ninjatrader and tried the Gain feed but always get that error message.
