nt not loading charts - help

    nt not loading charts - help

    Hi, i'm using the latest nt with amp zen fire feed. NT won't load the charts (I have about 9 charts with one being a tick chart). I always save my workspace and disconnect before closing ninja. Can you please help. Love ninja but it's getting frustrating.

    Hello stinger,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please take the following steps:
    • Close your current workspace. (File > Workspaces > Close Workspace)
    • Open a new workspace. (File > Workspaces > New Workspace)
    • Add a few charts to the new workspace. (File > New > Chart)
    • Save the new workspace. (File > Workspaces > Save Workspace As)
    • Restart NinjaTrader and see if the error persists.
    If after restarting NinjaTrader the charts load normally, it suggests that the workspace had become corrupted. Please delete that workspace and recreate your layout in the new workspace.

          problems are coming back

          So, all was fine until today. The charts won't load. So I cleared all workspaces. I can only load one chart correctly and then the second chart won't load - it hangs and I have to restart NT but only to be able to load one chart... Help!

            Could you please send your trace and log files from today's date to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com?

            You will find your trace files here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > trace

            Likewise, you will find your log files here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > log

            Please attach those files to a message with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line.
