Problem with lost data since Friday

    Problem with lost data since Friday

    When I logged in on Friday, I saw Thursday night's data was missing on all contracts. I thought this was going to be temporary, but when I opened Ninja Trader again today (Monday Morning) I only had Friday's data for the time I was logged in, and the previous problem (lost Thursday's data) still persisted.
    Is there anything I can do?

    I am connected through Zen Fire.

    PS: I now notice that the option "Reload Historical Data" is not available.

    What can I do?

    Hi mkoumis, please check your ZenFire account connection setup (Tools > Account connections > Your ZenFire connection name) if you have enabled access to historical data. Thanks!

      Yes, access to historical data is enabled, I just checked.

      Remember, this is a problem since Friday. Up until then, everything worked fine.

        Ok - for which contracts are you seeing this? Did you move already to the June contracts, last Thursday was rollover for many popular products like ES and NQ.

          I have moved to the June contracts for most of them. For the FDAX I still use the March one, but the problem persists, for both the FDAX March and June contracts. The problem is on all contracts, for instance 6E June.

          Remember: I only have the data from when I had ninja trader running. Since the time I closed ninja trader, I don't have the data. (That is why I don't have the data for Friday night).

            I just checked my Zen connection and can get historical data access fine.

            Please disconnect from all feeds and go to Tools > Options > Misc and Repair your DB.

            Then recreate the ZenFire account connection with the help of this guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_ZenFire.htm

              Just an update on the problem I reported...

              Without me doing anything, the problem was fixed. Meaning that when I opened the PC today morning, the data from yesterday were all there, and the previous days as well! So, problem solved, without taking any action...
