NT hanging on start up

My NT is hanging when the splash window shows Verifying vendor license XXXXXXXXXXX at primary server...

Since it never finishes loading, how could I remove this assembly so I can load up?

I tried rebooting machine and repairing the installation but nothing works so far.

Thank you for your note.

Try renaming your database so a fresh one is used on startup:
1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
2. Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
3. Rename the file NinjaTrader.mbd to OldNinjaTrader.mbd

Well that sucks, lost all my ATM Strategies? Can I get those back or are they lost forever in the old database? If that's the case don't you think they could be saved separately like chart templates???

Yes, it has not been deleted

When you have a free moment can you:

Shut down

rename

"NinjaTrader.mdb" to "TempNinjaTrader.mdb"

then rename

"OldNinjaTrader.mdb" to "NinjaTrader.mdb"

Then restart. Does it hang again? If yes, it should not hang for longer than 30 seconds. If it passes the 30 second mark, for a few minutes let me know.

You can then revert back.

Shut down
"NinjaTrader.mdb" to "OldNinjaTrader.mdb"
"TempNinjaTrader.mdb" to "NinjaTrader.mdb"

Tried this and it seemed ok but one of my indicators that I wrote did not work right anymore so I went through all ATM Strategies and Stop strategies and too notes . Now am back in to using the new database and my indicator works again. I'll just have to rebuild the ATM's by hand, uggh. These SHOULD be stored separately in their own folder!
