    MB Trading order entry problems today

    I'm having big problems with MBT and order entry today. I think the problem is on their end, I will contact them. But, I wanted to go ahead and post here to see if anybody else is having problems. Basically, my orders are not updating. That just stay stuck on pending. If I look in the MB Trading Navigator, its as if the orders have never been entered. But, I shut down and restart NT and Navigator, and the orders were actually done back when I tried to do them! So, between each order, I have to exist and restart NT to see the order status. Anybody else seeing this?

    Does the issue still persist today?

    What does the log-tab state when you submit an order; does it remain in a Pending state?

    Check what acccount is selected in your order entry window.

    In addition, I suggest to recreate the MBTrading connection and check if this will make a difference.

        I haven't had that problem since that day. MBT says they don't think the problem was on their end. I don't know, but, I guess it doesn't matter.

        I do have another quick question. I am aware that with MBT, OCO orders are simulated in the PC. MBT has something akin to a OCO, what they call TTO orders. I realize they are not quite the same as OCO. (I wish they had a real OCO.) But, since they don't, and TTO is the closest they have, well, could NT support using TTO in lieu of CCO?

          Unfortunately, TTO orders are not supported in NinjaTrader.

          I will forward your suggestion to support TTO orders to our development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations for the software.
