    Error?

    What does it mean? It's the first time it happens to me. When I create a new chart of ES it shows that error:

    Error on loading chart data: Error on loading chart data: The provider
    could not determine the Object value. For example, the row was just created, the default Object column was not available, and the consumer had not yet set a new Object value.

    I dont understand it. What is wrong? I connect with IB

    Please disconnect from your data feed provider and go to Tools-->Options--->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

    Re-connect and let me know if the error message persists.

      Message:

      Failed to compact DB. Old database is preserved at 'C:\Documents and Settings\...\NinjaTrader 6\\db\NinjaTrader.Old.mdb'. You need to restore manually. Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. You try to open a db already opened by user 'Admin' in machine 'CARLOS' in exclusive mode. Try it again when db is accesible.

        Hello cozar534,

        Please close NinjaTrader and go to My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->db and rename the NinjaTrader.Old(mdb) file to NinjaTrader. If there is another NinjaTrader file already, please rename it differently.

        Start NinjaTrader, do not connect, and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB once more.

        Let me know if the issue persists.

          Ok, it's repared but now, when I try to create ES 06-09 chart it shows a message:

          Historical data in your db is corrupted.
          Please reload historical minute data for'ES 06-09' from 05/03/09 to 20/03/09.
          Tools->Historical Data-> Reload.

          Well, I tried it and I cannot click on Reload, is grey

                Unfortunately historical minute data is only supported with IB upon using a live license.

                If you are using the free license, I suggest to delete the historical data that is corrupted via Tools-->Historical Data-->Delete.
