I have been using ninja trader successfully for the past few months and have now started to receive significant error messageswhile running the software that say " Ninja trader has encountered a serious error and may shut down. A message has been recorded to the trace file and will be sent to the Ninja Trader team"
This has happened on multiple occasions and i was able to fix the problem, by uninstalling, reinstalling , defragmenting and deleting all ninja trader folders and files from the registry. But it is now happening again and during that time, the static superdom freezes up and data stops coming through via zen fire despite a 'connected' status in the control panel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
