I'm running NT 6.5.1000.6 with a full multi-broker license. I have just setup an account with IB and have installed Trader Workstation on my PC. I can connect to IB without any problems, and I can get several futures contracts - all on Eurex - up on the NT charts and on the Static Super DOM without difficulty.
The only Eurex futures contract I cannot get up on NT is the FSMI (Swiss Market Index). I can see the data within IB's Trader Workstation, but when I try to load an SMI chart in NT I get the following error message:
'Error in requesting historical data from IB. No security definition has been found for the request(200)'
I have subscribed to the level II data for Eurex through IB, and I don't think it's a problem with that because I can get data for other Eurex futures contracts (DAX, BUND, BOBL), also, if I try to request data for the S&P Emini, I get an error message from Trader Workstation to say that I'm not subscribed to GLOBEX. Which is correct, because I haven't subscribed! But this error message doesn't appear when requesting SMI data.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
