Dead Motherboard Batteries

My motherboard battery is dead and the date is somewhere in year 2005.

I tried to install NT since I have account with MBT.

I currently use Metatrader but the lowest time frame is 1minutes.

When I run NT I couldnt retrieve data from gain feed.

Can someone tell me what to do?

Can you please be more specific with your issue?

Do you mean your PC date is stuck in 2005? If so, you will have to have this fixed as NinjaTrader uses your PC clock and your charts/connection may not work if your PC clock is not in sync.

If your PC clock is ok, have you tried creating a connection to MBT?

Also, what error are you receiving when you try to connect to GAIN?

PC clock is stuck in 2005.

I'm not tech savy. How do I get my clock fixed?

Try double clicking on the time in the lower right of your screen and look for the option to update/change. Try to sync this to an internet time source.

If this does not work, you will have to consult a computer tech representative to further assist as we are not qualified to provide hardware support.

I can't necessarily recommend one over another.
Here at NinjaTrader, we typically sync to the time-nw.nist.gov server.

I find I need to sync my clock every day, Is this normal procedure?

This is not normal procedure but is not unheard of. You might be able to set your PC to automatically sync in the Date and Time settings menu.

Its expensive to have a tech guy come over to check my pc so if I want NT and Gain feed to work I have to adjust time on my pc everytime I want to use NT?
