    Login Failed.IB. Adapter.MessageLoop

    Hi

    I've just activated my suscription to Ninja Trader, and when I try to connect to the REAL IB account I get the following message :

    Login failed: IB.Adapter.MessageLoop. No se puede establecer una conexión ya que el equipo de destino denego expresamente ldicha conexión fe80:2c3d:2fa:3f57:fe97%11:7496.
    A few minutes ago, I was working fine with the PaperTrade account.
    I logged out, logged in with the real account, configured the connection in Ninja, restart and when I tried to connect I got that message.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your note.

    1.) Make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.9. You can check under Help --> About.
    If not, please download from this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm

    2.) Make sure you are using TWS 892, if not upgrade from this page: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...ivebrokers.htm

      Buff...

      NONE of the.

      I was using 887.2 and 6.5.1000.8.

      How can I keep my logs and configuration on Ninja? I have to just unistall and install the new version or there is any upgrade guide I can use?

        Just install on top of your current version of NinjaTrader, all of your settings and files are saved.

        You should be able to do the same with TWS.

          I upgraded both versions but I'm still getting the same error.

          Works fine on simulation, but I get the same errror when I try to connect with the real account.

              Sry...My mistake.

              I configured the Paper Trade Account with the proper settings (API and all that) BUT I didn't configure the Real one, and its a different account and settings.

              Now, it seems to work fine.
