unknown connection lost

Hello,

i got a connection loss while i was executing an automated strategy. I check the log file and found the following message:

"Connection to NinjaTrader historical market data server lost: Eine vorhandene Verbindung wurde vom Remotehost geschlossen"

or in english, this means: an established connection was closed by the remote host.

According to my connection log, there was no interuption of the network service.

Can you please tell me, what this error means? And how I can prevent it in the future?

This morning (european time) the historical data server underwent some maintenance. This is a procedure recurring every month. NT reconnects to the data server as soon as it's up again.

This message has no impact on your running strategy.

why doesn't it have any impact on a running strategy? Which types of connection losses do have an impact on strategies and which don't have?

For example, when there is a connection loss for only some seconds, NT automatically reconnects to the DataFeed and the stratgy keeps running. This does not have any effect on the strategy?

The connection to the historical data server only is relevant BEFORE (!) the first OnBarUpdate call, since then historical data from the data might get downloaded to initialize the strategy. After that it's irrelevant.
