Replay Play button won't maximize

    Replay Play button won't maximize

    For some reason when I connect to replay data... the replay window is not showing on the desktop. It is as though it is minimized and won't maximized..
    I did as much as totally uinstall and reintall NT with no effect..

    any ideas.

    I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a try...

    Sometimes I have similar problems with my DOM and I find that if I:

    -ensure that all open charts are 'unlinked'

    and

    -right click the replay tab in the toolbar and click 'restore' or 'maximize'

    or

    -right click the replay tab in the toolbar and click 'move' then immediately left click your mouse without moving the cursor

    Give it a shot.

      Thanks for the input. However when i right click on replay in the toolbar no options show up, NOTHING.. which I guess is default as I have NT on another PC and it shows nothing on right click there too.. I wonder if development knows this can be a one in a million issue and needs to change that...
      There are no open charts. I put on another monitor just in case it thinks it on the extended desktop and nothing.

      I can't imagine that a complete uninstall with a delete of all NT folders after the uninstall wouldn't have resolved this isssue. It' crazy..

      Oh well. LAST step is format reload of Vista...)

        any luck with this issue?

        I'm seeing this issue with xp (multiple monitors setup).

        I went back to 1 monitor and still no luck.

        Did you ever figure out what it was?

          I did not find out exactly what the issue is. But I think it was corrupted Work Space. I saved my doc\ Ninja folder and then did a complete reinstall. Then I opened NT it was fine. Then I copied the old folders one at a time to the fresh install. After copying the workspace folder the problem reappeared. So I deleted the work space folder and started from sratch and all worked fine.

          You might try deleting your work spaces one at a time and see if that corrects the issue.

            I found a thread about it. The workspace was based of one I imported from another computer and the coordinates for the replay window were off the screen.

            So I saved all my charts as templates and deleted the workspaces and made new ones (as you did).

            All good now. Thanks for the reply.
