IB and NT not working after upgrade.

I've upgraded to NT 6.5.1000.9 this weekend and it says it's connected but it's not getting updated prices from TWS v893.5

I'd been using this TWS version successfully with the previous version of NT for a while.

Is there anything extra I need to do?

    Hi norman_shay,

    Thank you for your post.

You will need to use TWS 892, which you can find at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...ivebrokers.htm

Please install this version and let me know if the issue persists.
    Thank you!

Sorry for the false alarm, the versions I had worked after restarting both pieces of software and I can no longer repro the failure.

I've also upgraded both NT and TWS this weekend as directed, but I am getting the following error message after connecting (although my Ninja charts appear to be updating correctly) : "Error on requesting data from IB. No security definition has been found for the request (200)".

I should add that I upgraded because I received this error message prior to upgrading. I changed my TWS password last week and have updated it within NT.

        Any ideas, please ?

        J.

Can you please check what instrument is causing the error message. You must have an instrument selected in NinjaTrader that is causing the error.

Do you perhaps have workspaces opened in the background that contain the instrument responsible?

Thanks for the response, Jason. I've closed all charts - SuperDOMs only today - and will see what happens tomorrow when I start up
