MBT Error

I am trading live with MBT and I got problems doing trades the last 2 trading days last week.

When I did click buy or sell order it did just say pending and nothing happened.
I did wait for a long time but still nothing. So I did close down ninja trader and opened the navigator and I did see it did take the trade at the exact time I did make it. So I did start ninjatrader again and now I could see the trade.

When I did try to close the trade and the same happened.

I did make 10 trades these 2 days and it was the same problem with all the trades. I had to restart ninja trader every time to even see my order.

I also tried on 2 different computers but still the same problem.

This should not happen. If it happens again, please send us your log and trace files via Help>Mail to support and reference this thread link to assist us in providing you with better assistance. Please also not exactly how we can reproduce the behavior and exactly what trades we should look at.
