By chance, are you able to reproduce this? Do you recall what actions may have been taken that led up to this exception?

Yes,

reproduce for me is easy. I simply have to try and save results from a long (over 5min) optimize. Either the first time, or at a number n>1 of saving results this error appears.

Please repair you DB and tryagin: Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB
