    Fix and config problem ?

    Hi,
    just got my live paid license on Friday afternoon.

    Went to log on this afternoon (sunday) and now get a "fix problem" second time I try to connect I get an "API, config' failed"

    OK just tried again, instead of going to AndysTT feed that I had set up for when I used the sim' and get the "fix" problem and "API, config' failed" message I just clicked on "external feed" and it connected ? - but I don't see any quotes ?

    Please help :-)

    andy4, please don't use the External Data Feed option to try connecting to your TT account - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...onnection.html

    The server could have been hard to reach on the weekend due to maintenance, can you please retry this today and let us know?

      Hi,
      ok thanks won't use the external connection.

      Did try this morning (6.53am) the already set up "Andy TT connection", which had been working great last week - but still does not work, first I get a "fix problem" message, then if I try to connect a second time I get the "API, config' " failed message.

      I really don't want to go through the steps again of resetting up a fresh connection by myself - had problems when I first did it and so don't want to mess up anything.
      Though let me know what to do. Would really like this up and running well today.

        Andy, if you get the second 'Api Config failed' message you cited, you want to restart NinjaTrader and then try connecting fresh.

          ok shut down Ninja, waited a little while and then restarted - still get the "The Fix server is not respionding, unable to connect."
