NT's Help seems to suggest that one can't interact manually while an automated strategy is running. From within a Chart window, it appears manual interaction is locked out completely because the Chart Trader function isn't available when a strategy is applied. From within the Strategies tab, Help seems to suggest that one can interact manually while a strategy is running, but recommends that one terminate the strategy first.
In order to intervene in an active strategy/trade in a Chart window, does one first stop/remove the strategy, then open the Chart Trader ?
To intervene in the Strategies tab, one would stop the strategy, and take over in a Basic Entry or SuperDOM window ?
Also, in the Strategies tab, is it possible to interact through a Basic Entry/SuperDOM window while a strategy is still active (even if not recommended) ?
Additionally, is there a way to save the settings for a strategy as a "preset" that comes up ready to go without hard-writing the values into the variables in the strategy (ie: in a case where I'd like to run a few instantiations of the same strategy with different settings, without having to make a separate strategy for each) ?
