IB K200 data issue

Hi. I am trying to get K200 live data from IB (kospi200 futures).
When it was June 09 contract, it was working. But, after it changed contract to sep 09, then NT won't read data from IB anymore, even for June 09 contract. It says Error.

Could somebody tell me how to set it up correctly?

I have K200 09-09 on the market analyzer and chart, but they show blank row and chart.

The error message is "error in requesting historical data from IB: no security definition has been found for the req (200)"

Thank you for your reply.

Please add the Kospi instrument to your Available master instruments with the steps I have provided below.

• Control Center
• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• New
• Please input Definition and Misc. parameters with the information found in the screen shots provided below
• Click Ok
• Select the Kospi instrument in your Default list and click the > arrow to remove
• Search for KS200
• Select KS200
• Exchange: KSE
• Expiry: 09-09
• Click the < arrow to add to your Default list

After following the information provided within this thread, NT is unable to receive data for the Kospi Index Futures/K200.

Message pop-up states, Error in requesting historial data from IB: No security definition has been found for the request(200).

IB Data for the K200 is enabled and functions.

IB demo account.

Trying to load a 1 minute candlestick chart.

Please follow the instructions in the screenshots exactly and make sure the KoreanWon is used as currency for the instrument - unfortunately with the IB demo account you won't be able to access historical data.

Yes, I get K200 data successfully with the info presented here in the screenshots, which contract are you using? Please make sure to use the 09-09 one. Also: which IB TWS version do you use? We recommend using 892.7 with the latest NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.11 release version.

In addition to the live account, you need to agree to the Kospi subscription with IB. If you can't view the quote in TWS, you are probably not getting the feed and won't be able to see it with NT.

Can you please confirm you have input the following information within the Misc. tab next to IB mapping: K200|KSE

Also please confirm you have input the following information within the Definitions tab: Master instrument: KS200

Are there any errors within the Log tab of the Control Center?
