Error in loading Emin S&P

    Error in loading Emin S&P

    When I load the chart of ES , an error message occurs. It only occurs on loading ES symbol and I do not have problem in loading other symbol. Would anyone help me ?

    Hello Winnie,

    Please restart NinjaTrader and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

    Connect to your data feed and create a new ES chart and let me know if the issue recurs.

      Hello Winnie,

      Thank you for your post.

      Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
      • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
      • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
      • Select the "Misc" tab
      • Press the "Repair DB" button
      • Press the "OK" button

      Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

          Hello Winnie,

          Please use the following instructions I have provided below to move your .mdb files to another location.
          • Shut down NinjaTrader
          • Documents
          • NinjaTrader 6.5
          • db Folder
          • Move all .mdb files to another location on your PC
          • Start NinjaTrader
          Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

              Hello Winnie,

              Can you please tell me what .mdb files are currently listed in the My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->db folder.

              In addition, what steps did you perform in the software just before the error recurred?
