FXCM support on zen-fire adapter

Hi,

Version 6.5.1000.10 release notes indicated that the zen-fire adpater has FXCM support.

May I know the symbols for various currency pairs such as eur usd? Thanks!

Unfortunately this is not supported anymore.

You can create a connection to the Gain demo connection in order to receive forex data.

When I visited http://www.zen-fire.com/pages/exhanges/exchanges.html, I noticed that FXCM (BETA) is mentioned under "SPOT MARKET". Therefore, zen-fire seems to have a beta feed from FXCM.

So, when you mentioned that FXCM is not supported anymore, do you mean that the NinjaTrader zen-fire adapter does not support the beta FXCM data feed? Or do you mean that zen-fire has stopped the FXCM data feed?

I have previously tried gain's data feed, but unfortunately, it does not match FXCM's feed close enough for me to trade on FXCM platform comfortably.

Correction, I confused HotSpot with FXCM. HotSpot forex feed was supported with Zen-Fire before, but not anymore.

FXCM is still in beta and not available to the public. Unfortunately there is no ETA yet.

What I can say is that the current release of NinjaTrader has FXCM support built in, whe Zen-Fire enables it then it will work.

It is my understanding that you can only use NT for charting with these brokers. And that you cannot use NT's chart trader and ATM strategies to enter and manage trades. Is that correct? Thanks for your help.

Is the price feed from GAIN Capital/FOREX.com through NinjaTrader exactly the same as the price feed that you can get through FOREX.com's MetaTrader platform?
