    FX Pro fails to route order to IB

    Hello,

    I've started to use NT with IB today therefore I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. When I try to enter new order with FX Pro the order is pending and never shows up in IB's Trader Workstation. I see the order with pending status in FX Pro but cannot cancel it or change it.
    Orders initiated from SuperDOM reach the market and the target/stop loss orders show up in FX Pro correctly.
    What can be the problem?

    Hello LazKz,

    Can you please tell me what version of TWS you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkStation. Make sure you have version 892.7 installed as per the connection guide at the link below.


    What account was selected in the FX Pro window?

    What happens if you disconnect/re-connect?

      Hi Jason,
      I use 892.7 version, I've downloaded TWS following the link on NT's connection guide support. I believe I've used the live account for that order but have to admit that I'm not sure on that. Let me see if this error happens again and I will let you know...

        Hello Jason,
        Can it be the problem was that TWS automatically locked itself and does not accepts orders from NT? Anyway I've unchecked TWS auto-lock feature.

          Hi LazKz,

          Please make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.11. You can check under Help --> About.
