Historical Data of Ten Last Years in DAX

I have a file with the "Historical Data of Ten Last Years in the future of DAX". This file is imported correctly from NT but I can't open a new chart with all the bars. Which is the correct name for this file? NT only give me until "FDAX 07-08" in the "Instrument Manager" (and I need to study from the 2.000 to 2.009).

Thanks and Best Regards and I hope the new version of NT is comming soon!

    Jesús.

    Hello Jesús,

Please create a chart for the instrument you imported the data.

If the file was named FDAX 09-09, please create a FDAX 09-09 chart with a look back period of 10 years.

      Hello Jason,

I have created a chart for the instrument, but the problem is this chart only show me from 24 - Sep - 2008 to yesterday. And I have openned the txt file and I have seen there are a lot of records (from the year 1.997!)

Did you import the file named as 'FDAX 09-09'?

What settings are used in the Format Data Series of the chart?

Yes Jason, here is the three first records of the file named "FDAX 09-09.txt"

          19970102;2840.000;2868.000;2829.000;2835.500;4276
          19970103;2859.000;2885.000;2849.000;2882.000;3702
          19970106;2919.000;2926.000;2892.000;2907.000;4668

I think the format is correct.

            Yes, the format is correct.

Can you please tell me what settings were used in the Format Data Series of the chart, in particular the Range settings of the window.

Right click and select 'Format Data Series' to open the window.

Ok Jason, I have checked the 'Format Data Series' and I have reseted my computer and the problem has been solved. But now I have repeated the process with a file of 'IBEX35 in 1 minute bars' (I'm from Spain). So the file is importe successfully but when I try open a new chart I have a window with the message:
"Error loading chart data for 'IBEX35 04-09 Meff'. Ninja Trader data server does not support this instrument, no data available".
But I don't understand because NinjaTrader works correctly with IBEX35 ¿..??

The error indicates NinjaTrader attempted to load the historical data from the data feed you are connected to in NinjaTrader.

Please create a chart without being connected and check if the imported data will be displayed in the chart.
