The Best Data Provider for NT

I have paid for three months subscription to NinjaTrader and I think that it's the best tool for trading that I have seen. I will buy it "lifetime".

But I have a important doubt: Which is the best data provider for NT?. For me it's very important to have historical data of all my futures (Mini S&P, DAX, EUROSTOXX, EURO-DOLLAR, IBEX35 and BUND). So I would like you tell me in your opinion which is the best election, because I need to backtest my strategies with a important database.

Does NT 7 historical data about these products?

If the data feed supports the instruments you listed, it will be supported in NinjaTrader 7 as well.

What is the lowest cost data provider ? Is there a list on the forum as to the cost or on ninja web site?

It was looking like track data was reasonable at 29.99 plus exchange fees...but they have an additional 99.00 a month charge to use with ninja trader!

specifically -- if I set it up to trade live and "auto-trade" ... can I then get on a plane or something where no laptop is possible ... and the NT live will run its "auto-trade" OK ?

Hi alpha1000,

NinjaTrader runs only on the PC where it is installed - there is no server side component. So, if the strategy runs on the version of NinjaTrader which is installed on your laptop, that laptop must be connected to your broker so that NinjaTrader can send it's buy/sell signals.

Has anyone tried www.backtestdata.com? I'm interested in backtesting several strategies using replay data, but downloading each day for each instrument is brutal. I subscribe to Kinetick, but the replay data is very limited. Any feed back is greatly appreciated.
