Applied reality trading (art) issue

Hi,
i'm on trial of both ninjatrader and applied reality trading software (art).

I have an issue: all pyramids vanish from chart when turning from yellow color to either red or green.

Is this a known issue ?

This is not a known issue. Can you provide me with the exact steps I would need to take to replicate this issue?

No particular step to do. Just display a chart with art loaded, and wait for a yellow pyramid. Once this pyramid gets confirmed, watch for all pyramids that disapear from chart.

Note: I use ninjatrader trough Parallels desktop on a mac, with windows vista installed. Could this be an issue ?

1.) What strategy or indicator is adding the triangles?

2.) It is possible that this could have to do with NinjaTrader being run through parallels.

1) It's an indicator, but can't remember the name precisely: i'm not in front of my trading computer currently. The name is self explicit: there are 3 indicators with ART, this is the one that mentions pyramids.

1.) When you get back to your trading PC, if you could send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line that would be great. Please include your log and trace files from a date this occurred.

2.) NinjaTrader is a MS Windows based application and does not support the Mac OS natively however, it can be run within a Mac environment through a virtualization application. Although we do not guarantee that NinjaTrader will run as designed, we have run in-house tests and have not run into any known issues.

I have the MultiBroker NT and the ART indicators.

Everything works fine in live feed from BartChart and
with historical data. Running under XP Pro 64bit.

Pyramids first turn yellow when it 'tests' for a condition,
and then red or green if it is 'confirmed'.
