    Your new partner Chart Candy

    I bought and installed there background indicator ,but it doesn't work . I
    have an email into them ,but haven't heard back yet . Do you guys check
    out your partners before you OK them ?

    Yes, all of the companies are verified before they are added to the 3rd Party Add-on partner list.

      Starc Bands Priority IT

      I found the problem ,my mistake on the background coloring , but I'm having
      trouble with the starc bands from Priority It . I imported it and see them in
      My documents / bin / custom , but they don't show up in the indicator drop
      down list , so I can't add them to a chart . Shouldn't these indicators be put
      in the Indicator folder ?

        Hello T2020,

        This should be in the correct location. Unfortunately I cannot verify this as it is a 3rd party indicator. You will need to verify the installation with them since this is something that is developed outside of our software.

          My mistake again . Most of the time the indicator is the same name as the
          Zip file , but now and again it's a different name in the indicator list . Gets
          me almost every time .

            Hi, glad the indicator is working. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you last night. We're in the UK so our timezones are a little off..!

            Also, I'll be putting up some more detailed setup instructions so that others don't run into the same problem.
