Are you comparing to another data source?
Do you receive real-time data for CL and TF in other chart intervals?
if you get the same results .......

Hi T2020,
Thank you for your reply.
Per the TF, please take the following steps:
From the Control Center, click Tools > Instrument Manager.
In the instrument manager, select TF from the master list and click Change.
In the instrument editor's general tab, check the box next to the IPE exchange.
In the instrument editor's misc tab, enter the following next to Symbol Mapping / Trading Technologies: R2000 Ind Mini||| TAG 47 | TAG 204
After doing this, click OK to exit the instrument editor.
In the Instrument manager, select TF from the default list and click the '>' button to remove. Then, re-select TF from the master list, ensure that IPE is selected as the exchange and 09-09 is being used as an expiry, then click the '<' button to add the instrument back to the default list.
Next, open a new chart of TF and let me know if you recieve live data.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello T2020,
Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, this is as expected. In order to receive historical data from our servers, you will need to use the default settings for TF. After loading historical data, you will need to return the settings to those I provided earlier.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
