NT 6.5 memory Problem ?

    NT 6.5 memory Problem ?

    I can make NT crash at will . Just put up a 3 min chart of ZB or ES with 10
    or so indicators on it . Manually scroll it back a couple of days and then click
    and hold down the right scroll arrow at the bottom of the chart . The chart
    will start to scroll , cpu usage will go up to 35 % or so and then it hits 50 %
    and NT completely freezes up . I actually have about 6 charts open , but I
    was only scrolling One . Happens every time . ???

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you check the log tab of the Control Center for any errors once you restart NinjaTrader?

      No errors . Just a session break and all normal .... ?

        Ok, can I ask you to send in your trace and log files for today?

        Go to Help --> Mail to Support. Put attn: Ray Stein and a link to this thread in the subject.

          Couldn't get the " Mail to Support " to work so I just sent a regular email

            Thank you for sending that in, but unfortunatelly I don't see any helpful information.

            Can you tell me the exact chart setup you are using so I can try to reproduce this?

              Mistery scrolling problem

              I don't know if it has some to do with be post market , but now I'm having
              trouble scrolling a Range chart . I open one range chart , left click in the
              middle of the chart to drag it to the right and it immediately freezs up NT .
              I've rebooted my computer , NT , my PC tottally patched and up to date .
              Just dont' get it . !

                Does the issue persists when no indicators are applied in the chart.

                If so, please add your indicators one by one and check when the unresponsiveness occurs.

                  Odd thing is , it doesn't easily happen during regular market hours .
