I am new to Ninja trader, tried to go through forum but did not find answers for my following question.

1) Is it possible to overlay 2 indicators with two independent axe scales, for example MACD-H and CCI?

2) Is it possible to create continuous futures contract and see long contract history (connected monthly contracts) on daily or weekly charts?

3) Do you support on screen USD calculator of the instrument move? I quite like this function in other softwares.

4) Is it possible to back test or replay end of day data (daily chart)?

5) When exactly the beta version 7 should be released?

Jan, welcome to NinjaTrader and the support forums!

1. Unfortunately not with NinjaTrader 6.5 (will be possible with 7)

2. In NinjaTrader 6.5 please use the 'Merge' feature for this - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...eV6/Merge.html

In NinjaTrader 7 we'll support automatic continuous contracts ( see link at bottom of the post )

3. Unfortunately not, thanks for suggesting it.

4. Yes, to both - more convenient with NinjaTrader 7 as we support multiple day replay then.

5. First beta is scheduled for the end of September this year currently.

thank you very much for reply.
ad 2 is there any more friendly way how to merge contracts in this version? Do I need to go to every single contract and then merge it into one? So for example if I want 5 year history I have to merge some 20 contracts (assuming I can use 3 months from each contract)?
ad 4 Can you please send me link how exactly do it for daily chart? Do I need to have recorded data? How should I do it for some 5 year history?

Thank you for your reply.

2.) Unfortunately, there is no more automated way to accomplish this. However, once the contracts have been merged in to the 09-09 contract (for example), you would only need to merge the 09-09 contract in to the 12-09 contract.

4.) Market Replay data must be recorded as it occurs. Unfortunately, replay data can not be constructed from historical data.

Hello Jan,

Please click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the Y-axis and move up and down to alter the Y-axis. More information can be found at the link below.

In addition, if an indicator value extended the Y-axis, please set Auto-scale to False for the indicator in question.

HI Jason,
I know left mouse button move of Y axes but it is only limited scaling, for example if you have one really wide bar on the screen and the following bars are narrow, you cannot scale the axes to increase the wide of narrow bars because the really wide bar would not fit on the screen.

Hello Jan,

Unfortunately this is as expected; the chart will always display the highest high and lowest low as per the visible data.

It is not supported to exclude the wide bar values.

Hello,
I have one problem with the chart of SB-CT09(Sugar on 5 minuts´s chart)- I have just short actual prices (i.e.0.23), but i need multiplace numbers of price like 0.2318 for trading......

Hello Jan,

Unfortunately this is not supported. The SB uses a 0.01 tick size.

Hello,
I would like to change new period of Live cattle (LE) from 10/09 or 11/09 on 12/09, but system Ninja can´t allow it - just write me: U need to sellect instrument. What does it mean?
