Session times

Hello

I would like to set my default session begin and session end time as 5pm, with weekends excluded.

I insert these details into chart properties.

I then close Ninja and save all pages.

When I reopen Ninja (whether or not I have closed the individual pages), the session times revert to their original times (12am).

How can I set these session times as the default?

tradeby, for NinjaTrader 6.5 you would need to input the session times as you need them for each chart you use and then save all charts in a workspace file - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...orkspaces.html

New Session Manager
We have introduced a new Session Manager which allows you to pre-define session templates for when a market trades. Session templates can be assigned to each instrument in the Instrument Manager and also overridden anywhere a Data Series is used such as a Chart, Market Analyzer and Strategy Analyzer.

I'm having trouble with this

Hi

I'm having trouble with the session times as well. Being in Australia, I want to set my Z 09-09 1 minute chart to begin plotting at 17:00 PM and to cease plotting at 06:00 AM which is obviously the next morning. Whenever I change the session start time to 17:00 PM it immediately reverts back to 12:00 AM as soon as I click away from the field. I can't get it to do what I want. What am I missing?

Pete, please don't enter this in 24 hrs military time, try for example 5:00 PM as start time.
