Error accessing E-MINI Euro FX futures (E7) through Zen-fire

Hi,

I'm unable to access E7 through the zen-fire demo connection.

The error is as follows when I tried E7 on Globex:
Error on loading chart data for "E7 09-09 Globex". NinjaTrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.

When I tried E7 on CME, no particular error pops up, and the chart is empty. However, the following message appears in LOG:
"Instrument E7 09-09 not supported".

I tried the regular euro futures (6E) and the e-micro euro futures (M6E) and they worked. May I know what I did wrong? Thanks.

Hello oracle,

Unfortunately the E7 instrument is not supported on the historical data server and thus you will not receive historical data.

Are you able to receive real-time data for the E7? If not, please contact your broker and check if you are authorized to receive data for the E7.

I'm able to access historical and real data for M6E and 6E, but I can't access both of them for E7. I'll check with zen-fire.

What was the resolution for this, I have also just set up a Zen-Fire demo connection and am able to get contract info for 6E example with history however the E7 has no historical or real time. From the comments below i understand history is not supported, however it seems real time E7 contract info does not work either.
