Help cannot connect to esignal

Help cannot connect to esignal
I just activated esignal and I'm planning to use it as my feed for NT. But when I try to connect to esignal threw NT I get an error saying "level2 host cannot connect". I just talked to esignal support and there telling me that I need to disconnect level 2 since I'm not using it. I have a futures package, not equities. But I don't see anything that talks about how to deactivate or disconnect the level 2 feature. Can someone help plz!!!Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
This occurs when your eSignal account is not entitled for level 2 (market depth) data. You must change your eSignal account connection in NinjaTrader by performing the following steps.- From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Account Connections
- Select your eSignal connection and press the "Change" button
- Press the "Next" button several times until you reach the screen wich holds your eSignal account information
- Remove all text from the field "Level II server host" so that it is blank
- Press the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button
- Restart NinjaTrader and connect to your eSignal account
