Can t connect to Gain

Hallo,
trying to conect to Gain i got the following message:

Login failed: Failed to connect to the Rates interface:
System Access VIolation EXception: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt at System. Net.Usa

I don t think i have bad memory. Any solution?

Please restart your PC then delete and recreate your connection using the steps below and let me know if the issue persists.

To delete:
From the Control Center, click Tools > Account Connections > Select your connection and click Remove.

Then recreate the connection using the steps listed here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_esignal.htm

After taking the above steps, please let me know if the issue persists.
