    Hello,

    just to point out a litte flaw in the strategies tab window of the control center:

    In my case I have 2 broker connections, one is with datafeed, the other is without feed. Lets call them IB1 and IB2.

    All the strategies running on account IB2 (which is without price feed) will not get the PnL updated as the MarketData from connection IB1 is not used. This is irritating, because in the chart window the PnL is shown correctly.

    So: Please fix this issue

    Can you please specify the actual data feeds for me so I can test this issue?

    Can you please also tell me the instrument(s) this happens with?


    Lastly, make sure you are on the latest release of NinjaTrader as well as the supported version of your data provider's software:

      Hello RJStein,


      I use the 6.5.0.11 version.

      Then I have two different IB accounts, one is connected via tcp4696 and the other via tcp4697

      the first IB account has datafeed and I use its historical and realtime data

      the second IB account has no realtime and no historical data feed enabled.

      strategies using account IB2 will not see the realtime data (coming from IB1)

      account IB2 is not enabled neither for realtime data nor for historic data (this is on IB accoun managment)

      but the charttrader window will show the correct PnL also for positions in account IB2.

      I hope this is clear!

      please get back if needed

      FDAX, ES, FGBL, 6E, no other tested

        Are these two accounts under the same user name and password?

        Or are you using two instances of TWS?

            Unfortunatelly this type of setup is not supported. NinjaTrader is designed to work with one instance of TWS only.

              Well, I suggest you to drop the MultiBroker attribute in your advertisement.

              Anyway, you have time to fix this for the next releases.

              Will this be fixed in your new NT7?

              Probably also other customers expect a Multibroker licence to work propertly.

                The multi-broker license is used for more than one broker such as TD Ameritrade and Interactive Brokers. A connection to the same broker twice, using a different username and password, is not supported. The setup you are using is a work around to this limitation.

                  Hello again,

                  I apologize if I was a bit direct before,

                  probably your dev team has other problems than a tiny ib adapter problem.

                  But if possible IB multiple connections should be improved and also PATS connection should be improved to such that it is no longer necessary to restart Ninja when PATS has some connection error.
