    Indicators wiped out .

I was doing a demo of the viper trading systems indicators . The trial was
up today ,so I decided to delete them . I went to Bin/ custom and found them
and deleted them . No 80 % of all the indicators I had are gone . Now I have
to import them all over again ,do rewrites ....... what a mess .

    Hi T2020,

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about that.

In the future, I would suggest creating backups periodically.

For more information about creating a backup, please see the following link: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ABackupArchive

For more information about restoring from a backup, please see this link:

It gets better . I can't compile anything because Ninja says it needs the
viper dll . I deleted all references I can find to the viper indicators .Why
would ninja even know it used to have these ?

T2020, sorry to hear about your trouble.

        When I uninstall scripts,

        1) I first go to File, Utilities, Remove NinjaScript Assembly, choose the script in the list, and click remove, (repeat if there are more than one) then

        2) Close Ninja, then

        3) Navigate to /NinjaTrader 6.5/bin/custom and delete the files associated with those removed in step #1, then

        4) Delete the same files from the Recycle Bin.

This sequence was given to me by another 3rd party vendor, not Viper.

Hope this helps in the future.

Try open an indicator or strategy then right click and look for reference, delete all reference to Viper dll, then compile
