Market Analyzer to display real time the table

Hi

Could anyone help me plan the steps I need to take in order to create the following? Is there any Ninja documentation that would give me an idea of the extent of programming required?

I would like create a Market Analyzer to display real time the table displayed in the attached file where:

(a) defined as 3 period sma of XLF on hourly chart
(b) defined as 21 period sma of XLF on hourly chart
(d) defined as display "Long" when 3 period sma of XLF on hourly chart => 21 period sma of XLF on hourly chart
(e) defined as display " + "when n period 3 sma => n-5 period 3 sma of XLF on hourly chart

The rest of the chart only differs in what chart period is used, i.e., 15 and 5 minute charts

NinjaTrader7 will offer the option to setup custom conditions and then display a string when those trigger -

New Cell Condition
You can now change the text of a cell to user defined text based on a condition. In the image below, the "Oversold" text (in red) is displayed as the CCI indicator reaches a value of -150 or less.
