Can´t connect to MBTrading

Hello,

I have a live account with MBTrading. I can log in my MBT account but not to NT. "Login failed. Please check username/password"

What´s wrong?

Hi,

Can you please upgrade to our current production release which is V6.5.1000.12 and then see if you can connect.

You can do this from within the software under the Help menu.

Also make sure you have the exact same username and password entered in your account connection set up since the software is case sensitive.

I am running NT .12 and MBT 11.3.0.4 which I dowloaded a few days ago from this web site and I am unable to connect to MBT with correct UN and PW.

i'm also having the same problem,using MB trading demo to trade forex with
ninjatrader.

"Login failed. Please check username/password"

or maybe the problem is because,ninjatrader doesn't support MB Trading demo account?only live account is supported?

right now,i'm using Gain datafeed,but i would like to use MB trading for my trading.

The MBT Demo account is supported.

Please make sure you're on our current release which is V6.5.1000.13. Also confirm with your broker if the login credentials you have are the correct ones.

Lastly, make sure you have followed all instructions from here:

mzf1983, you are able to connect to mbt if you first open nt and then connect to mbt. dont open mbt first. thats not possible. mbt must be closed. if you connect with nt you get a bit an other mbt software overview. thats something no one from nt-team tells/tould us. but you dont get any data back from mbt. for forex your pc have to run 5 days - 24h.
