Hello Support Team,

If one convert the license to Multi-Broker license. Does that mean one can use the license on two computer. Say one connect to IB and another to Zen-Fire?

Thank you for your post.

The MultiBroker license will enable you trade on one machine at a time with multiple brokers. So in the case you provided you could connect to Interactive Brokers and Zen-Fire on one machine and trade both at the same time.

What the Multi Broker license would not enable you to do is trade on two different machines at the same time. To accomplish that you would need seperate licenses.

What kind of license would I need if I want to trade 2 different accounts with same broker? My broker is IB.

If you have one login for both accounts, you only need a single broker license.

Those accounts have different user name and passwords. So does this mean that I have to buy 2 license and use 2 diff PC to trade? Or I can use the account group feature?

May I add a question about multi-broker connections..

I prefer to use zenfire for my data feed, but I have an IB account that I execute my trades with. How can I make the charts use Zenfire for data feed, but have DOM execute my trades via IB?

I've tried connecting to both at the same time w/ the NT free demo, which works, but sometimes I see that the tick charts are way off and not accurate, obviously this is IB data. What I want to see is a way to control where the charts are getting their tick data from.

What I am saying is connecting to two brokers but only executing trades on one of them.

Hello,

Whichever data provider you connect to first will be the provider of real-time data. Please see the following link for more information.

It is possible to connect to both Zen-Fire and IB at the same time using the Free Edition License. However, if you wish to trade live you will need a Multi Broker license for this scenario.

With the Multi Broker license the order of connections does not matter when choosing an account to trade live.

Upgrade to Multi-broker License

Hello Support Team,

I currently have License for ZenFire and would like to upgrade to Multibroker licence. I check Ninja website does not have the option. Kindly let me know how to proceed. Would like to effect this today, the payment as well as the license conversion if possible.

Multibroker Feature

Hello Ryan,

Just to confirm that with multibroker I can do the following:
1. Connect to Mirus/Zen-fire, and then to IB
2. Both Mirus and IB account is listed on chart trader as well as DOM, so I can select which account to trade with.
3. When Zen-Fire does not have certain instrument, for instance currencies, data from IB will be used.
