    extra account "donotuse!Dorran!Sim"

    Why do I have a account called "donotuse!Dorran!Sim" or something like this? Where did this account come from. I see it in the Accounts tab.

    Hi,

    This is an account that your broker uses for testing if I'm correct. You can not use it or Delete it. It should have no impact on any of your trading at all. It's best to just ignore it.

      Order does not change the account balance

      OK & Thank you. One more question. Maybe under wrong subject, sorry.
      Last night I kept placing an order and could see it under stategies, it was a ATM Strategy. But when it filled it did not change the true account balance, it is like it dissapeared or never happened.

        Have you tried generating an report for yesterday under the Account Performance section? Does the order show up there?

          account balance did not change

          yes, there is how I knew it was not trading the positions. Account balance was not changing. It seems to be working now. I rebuilt everything under options misc Repair. I do not know if that did it,... I would like to figure out the problem before i start trading live.

            If you can send me the log from yesterday I could take a look to see if it registered the order and an error message is listed.

            Please send from Help--> Mail to support and check Logs and Traces.

            Also, make sure to refer to this post so we know what the issue is about.

              Reinstalled

              I got impatient and reinstalled everything last night. If it does it again I aill do that.
