    Qty spinner

I would like to know how to change the spinner increment for the Qty. Right now my spinner goes from .1M to .11M etc, I would like the spinner to go from .1M to .2M when I click the up Qty spinner. How do I change this?

    Thanks<

    Hello qtmspin,

    Thank you for your post.

Please send an email to support at sign ninjatrader dot com with a screen shot of the spinner you are referring to so I may further assist.

Please include Attn: Chris in the subject ticket# 211537

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I look forward to further assisting you.

On chart trader, next to the account selection is the qty selection. It has an up and down arrow button. When I click the button I want it to increment by 1M.

        Hi qtmspin,

        Thank you for your reply.

By default using the up/down arrows to the right side of Chart Trader's quantity box will increase the value in the box by 0.1M per click. Unfortunately, there is no way to configure the arrows to increase quantity by 1M per click.

You could, of course, type the value you are looking for in to this box.

My qty increases by .01M when I click not .1M

"Right now my spinner goes from .1M to .11M etc, I would like the spinner to go from .1M to .2M when I click the up Qty spinner."

On another installation of Ninja Trader it increases by .1M on Sim

Why would they differ? And how do I make it adjust by .1M on click?

There must be some setting somewhere that is changing this.

            Hello Matt,

Please confirm you have currencies quoting in Pips by going to Tools-->Options-->Misc. tab-->Quote currencies (FX) in: Pip-->Click Ok

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

That did not fix the spinner increments. Also I am using IB which quotes in half pip - so I would not want to change that setting anyways. Any other suggestions?

                Hello qtmspin,

Unfortunately there is no setting to adjust the increments within NinjaTrader at this time. I will forward this to our development team for future considerations.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
