    Reload Historical Data option unavailable

    Hi, I recently noticed that Reload Historical Data option in chart context menu isn't available (grey) anymore. So I can't fill the gaps in my charts. I tried resetting DB and deleting historical data.

    I'm using ZenFire datafeed and NT v.6.5.1000.9

      Same problem here. Using Zenfire data feed, AMP Futures, Dorman Trading. NinjaTrader version 6.5.1000.8
      The Log file shows " Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.132/31654): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." ( in yelow )
      Unable to reload historical data.
      Tried to repair database but it did not work.
      Each time I open NT, the latest candlestick forms, leaving an unfilled gap between now and the candlestick formed when I last exit NT. The live streaming data feed seems OK as I can see right now on ES futures.
      Need to solve the problem, the US market is about to open in the next 4 hours.

          Hi! Me too! This happened right after I deleted data for the week. And which was after I updated the December rollover contract. I hope this can be resolved before opening bell today..

            seems that each time I log off and log on..that NT cannot retrieve the data for the period I was not on line...this is new..and of course relaod historical data continues to be disabled so cannot be rectified

                  You're welcome - correct the issues should be resolved, restarting NinjaTrader and reconnecting should do the trick.
