new contract not merging with historical data

    new contract not merging with historical data

    I updated to new contract and went to merge with 5 years historical data but it couldn't do it. I have attached two pics of the error message and the merge window.
    Can someone assist me in how to merge this data?

    raycam, please open both charts needed and check the data you would expect is all present and loaded, then disconnect from the feed and redo the merge.

      All data is now loaded except for my daily data?
      When I switch back to the 09/09 contract it is all there- but nothing in the 12/09. I have tried having two daily charts one of the 09 contract and one of the 12 contract- open at once and disconnecting and merging, but it is not working.
      I do appreciate your help though Bertrand. All other charts are fine.

        You're welcome raycam - when you open a regular 12-09 daily chart do you see any data present? If not try to reload it and make sure the end data you set in the 'merge' is included. After this displays well, please retry the merge process for the daily bars.

          I am having trouble getting the daily data to for the new contract.
          I know zenfire/mirus doesn't support daily data but the historical data I bought had it and I have been able to incorporate it in the previous contract.
          I cant work out what I am doing wrong?
          Do I need to download updated daily data?

            raycam, I think the issue is ZenFire does not provide historical daily data, so there's no 'merge to' datapoint available in the new contract 12-09 - can you import daily data for it from the old contract?
