    NT does not include IB option

    I have IB account and downloaded NT however it does not include IB option under connections? How this can be corrected?

    There were a few reports of an unexpected disconnect throughout the night. The issue seems to have been resolved at this time.

      NT does not include IB option

      Thank you for reply but this seems to be a different issue. I downloaded NT for simulated trading and it does not include IB under the "Account connection set up".

        Hello futuresplayer,

        Have you created your IB connection within NinjaTrader at this time. If you have not I have provided a link below to our Connection Guide that will assist you with creating this connection.

        Keep in mind you must have IB Standalone TWS 895.3 installed with the current release of NinjaTrader. If you do not have this version installed you may install the correct version at the link I provided above.

            Hello futuresplayer,

            Yes, you will need to click on Add and go through the steps to create the IB connection within NinjaTrader. The link I provided in the previous post provides steps required and also includes a great video.

            After you have completed createing your connection it will be available when going to File-->Connect

            Please let me know if you are able to connect after creating your connection.

              Christopher,

              I finally figured out what happened. Several months I downloaded NT from one of the FOREX brokers and it did not included IB in the drop down list. I added the key sent me with the latest version and all other feeds appeared. I'm back in business:-)

                IB missing amog providers in combo box

                Hello all,

                I have IB account and NT downloaded from Mirus.
                When I try to create new connection (Interactivebrokers), in Create new connection wizzard, in combo box for provider option for IB is missing. Image attached.
                Can you give me a tip how to fix this. Thank you.
