    How many ticks per bar?

    Hello!
In my account at MBT there is one thing that surprises me or maybe I'm not doing something correctly.

If I open a 1000 ticks chart in real time, this is what I get (about 9 hours after opened).

If I click 'Reload Historical Data' (it's the same chart), it changes to the next chart.

If I open the same chart in another computer with Gain (real time) the chart is the same as the second chart posted. It may be a wrong parameter in my window of MBT Navigator? Or I see the ticks on MBTs, which are different than the 'market'?

    Thank you very much

    Hello Jonas,

Please tell me what other connections you are connected to as well in NinjaTrader and in what sequence. MBTrading does not support historical data, so you should not be able to reload historical data.

Can you please tell me what version of the MBT Navigator you have installed. Please ensure you have version 11.3.0.4 as per the link below.

The NT (6.5.1000.13) connects to MBTN 11.3.0.4. This machine has this connection to MBT and now unused connections (more than 2 month without connections) to Yahoo, Opentick and ZenFire.

      Thank you

So you are saying you were able to reload historical data when only connected to MBTrading?

I right click the chart and in the menu I click 'Reload Historical Data'. This is the effect. I attach the connections menu:

That is strange. Historical data is not supported with MBTrading, so you should not be able to reload historical data when only connected to MBTrading.

What does the lower left corner of the Control Center state?

                Hello Jonas,

Can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com including your MBTrading username and password, so I can test the connection on my end.

Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.
