    Charts/historical data problems

    Dear NT support,

I get my data through Zen-Fire demo. Connecting to the provider is OK and I end up with a green "Connected - Zen Fire" everytime in the left lower corner. Whenever I try to open a chart, I get only the two axis, however I see no bars. I attach a picture of what the situation looks like on TF09-09. I get this problem on any instrument.

Also, anytime I try to export historical data, all I get is the "No historical data found" message. This also happens for any instrument, time period, data format... An image documenting this is also attached.

I have already tried resinstalling NT, I have tried installing in on a clean OS installation with a new demo account from ZF and nothing helped. My friend is using the same setup, and his data/charts load as supposed to. Can you give me any advice?

    Thank you,
    Daniel.

Eubie, the ZenFire connection on NinjaTrader 6.5 does not support historical daily data unfortunately, please retry with minute or tick intervals.

      Bertrand,

this problem persists no matter what kind of data format I choose (tried both minute and tick).

Also, the same applies to the chart problem. No bars are drawn regardless of whether I use volume/minute/date or whatever else chart.

Please retry this with the current 12-09 frontmonth contracts.

Everything remains the same. Except, when I choose to draw a Volume chart, the vertical axis is not around 600 but around 0, see the attached file. This change happens when I switch from non-volume chart to a volume chart. Historical data still not found.

So if you right click on the chart, the option to reload historical data is greyed out? Do you get live data for the TF 12-09 successfully in the Control Center?

              similar problems

              Hello,

similar problems exist on my NT.
Data provider is Zenfire. I use a live-trading account.

I get following messages on loading charts:

after confirming the error meeages with ok, the chart begins to run, like showed in the screenshot.
On control center window all data are running.

By the way, the last sentence in german language means "file is deleated"

              What i have to do.

              Thanks,
