    Installation Error

    Hi, I have uninstalled platform twice and reinstalled. When I attempt to open platform, it tells me no JTI debugger installed. When I attempt to try again, it shows not responding. I had NT running on same computer before with no issues. Thanks Derek

    Hello,

    I don't know what this debugger is and why it is causing issues. Close down all other programs and retest it. Also look for this debugger in your search feature and see if that providers any clues. For more detailed assisance send us an email from help/mail to support from your platform and reference your original questions. We will look at your trace and log files and see if that has any clues as well.
