my client wants to implement his real time data feed to NT connector. Is there some guide how to do this?

To clarify, he wants to use his data feed for NT? This is not supported. He must use one of these:

Interactive Brokers supports both it's own API & FIX protocol

To clarify: unfortunately we do not support the development of a custom data feed adapter (whether it's FIX based or not).
