Selected Text Object Handles

When selecting a text object on a chart with a a black background the text object handles are also black making it difficult knowing if the text object is selected.

This behavior differs when selecting a line object. When selecting a line object on a chart with a a black background the line object handles are white.

It would be helpful to change the handles on a text object to white when using a black chart background.
