CL / QM historical or live data ?

CL / QM historical or live data ?
when us TT / AMP for data there doesn't seem to be any way to get historical and live data going at the same time for crude oil . That's pretty lame for futures broker . it's either one or the other ,but not live and historical both .Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
What historical data are you requesting? Historical Tick and Minute data is provided by TT, Daily data isn’t.
Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Put in the subject ‘Att Sergey’.
Include in the note as well your TT login credentials which you’ve entered in account connection set up guide. I need all information including your password. Then also log out so I can test your connection on my end and attempt to bring up the CL correctly.Sergey T.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello T2020,
Thank you for your post.
Please use the steps I have provided below to attempt to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
-Remove any CL from Default list
-Add the following mapping for Trading Technologies under CL
CL|100|CME
-Restart NT
-Add CL using the Nymex exchange back to the default list
-Connect to TT and test it.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.Sergey T.NinjaTrader Customer Service

instructions . Also should there be any spaces inbetween CL | 100 | CME

The CL contract has 100 instead of 1000 ??thx
