    Cannot connect Ninja Trader

    Hi,

    Today when I opened NT all charts were blank.When I tried to connect to ZenFire I received message Unable To Login(20051).

    Perhaps I should mention that prior to this happening I changed processor and memory in my computer.Thank you.

    Welcome to the forums, which NinjaTrader version are you using currently? I would also suggest synching the PC clock fresh and then rebooting the system, then attempt to connect to ZenFire again - checked mine here and got no issues.

          Unable to connect

          Unable to connect. Ninja Trader trys to connect to the Patsystem for 10 minutes.
          Used a neighbors laptop and their wireless service=no problems
          Used a neighbors laptop and my ethernet connection= no problem
          When I try to connect my pc with the same ethernet connection, it does not connect.
          I have uninstalled AVG virus program, turned of window firewall but still cannot connect.
          Help

            RndlStevens, welcome to our forums! Which NinjaTrader release version are you using on the PC where it does not connect and get stuck? Please ensure that this is the latest 6.5.1000.14 release we offer, if not you can upgrade conveniently via Help > Download Site.

            Next I would suggest to remove the PATS connection and going to Tools > Options > Misc > Repair the DB.

            Then resetup the PATS connection with this guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...PatSystems.htm

            Please pay special attention to the section and tips under 'I try to connect but nothing happens'.

              Still cannot connect but not giving up

              Hello Sir, Thank You for your support.
              I have uninstalled and downloaded Ninja about 4 times now, the latest ver on the website.
              The Patsystem connection has been removed and then added back about 10 times,
              the Host and Price ports have been changed to 3 different numbers,
              the password has been changed 3 times.
              Port Forward program says my ports are open, I also know this because I connected with the neighbors laptop and my ethernet cable and connection.
              I have emailed you the trace and log files from previous days.
              Hope to hear back from you, thanks again.
