    This is a phrase i get everytime i open any configuration panel on TWS.

    At first i thought the problem was TWS so i reinstalled the program.

    I just realized that if TWS alone is open the problem dont appear.

    That means when i open NT, if i try to create an hotkeys or open any panel or configuration windows that message appears and comes back every second.

    Its very anoying and forbid me from closing the control panel window.

    Any idea why it happens. I use the last TWS update. How to solve this problem?

    Hello frankduc,

    Can you please install TWS version 895 as per the IB connection guide at the link below.


    Start NinjaTrader and go to Tools-->Account Connections. Highlight your IB connection and click Change. Check if 'Run-time pop up handling' is enabled.

    Check if the window with that phrase persists when you open a panel in TWS.

          no it does the same

          Why are we supposed to install 895 version?

          Its strange cause its the only trouble i can see.
          That pop-up message is not related to any feature inside NT? is it?

            Unfortunately, NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.13 is only supported with TWS version 895.

            I am not familiar with the message at all and don't think it is related to a feature in NinjaTrader.

            I suggest to contact IB Support as well to check what can cause such a message to be displayed in TWS.
